Q: Can I install custom modpacks?

Yes. The control panel installs thousands of packs from CurseForge and Modrinth in one click, including any server-compatible Modrinth pack. If a pack isn't listed, upload it yourself through the file manager.

Q: Does MCHosts support Bedrock crossplay?

Yes, and it's free on every tier. Enable Bedrock support (powered by GeyserMC) from your server's Connections tab, and players on phones, tablets and Windows Bedrock Edition can join the same world as Java players.

Q: Can I host a public live map of my world?

Yes. Map plugins such as Dynmap and BlueMap normally need a separate web server, but MCHosts publishes your map on its own public link at no extra cost. Set it up from the Web Services section of your server's Connections tab.

Q: Can I move my existing server to MCHosts?

Yes, and it's free. Follow our step-by-step guides to download your server from your current host, then bring it across with the import tool in the control panel. We will never ask for your old host's login details.
